The very real potential risks of an increase in vehicular traffic, on a roadway (Outer Ridge Road) also used by pedestrians and bicyclists, is brought into sharp relief by a series of photographs taken recently.

The photographs quite visibly indicate the hazards in navigating the roadway as vehicles are attempting passage, particularly in opposite directions simultaneously, at a time when a pedestrian and/or bicyclist is in the roadway in the area that is proposed for significant development - which would substantially increase traffic, day and night.

The dangers are unmistakable, and clearly underscore why this is the wrong place for an oversized development in the midst of a residential neighborhood.
